DTechnics has been serving the North Somerset community since 2004. We specialise in building, servicing and the repair of computers and laptops. All our staff offer quality and reliable products and services you can count on. In addition, our friendly and professional staff are here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services. We offer a wide range of repairs on all laptops and PCs, whether it be a software or hardware issue, or even if it is just an inquiry in to the supply of broadband etc., we have what you need at prices you can afford.

Broadband Suppliers

We are proud to announce that as part of the development of the products provided to the customers of DTechnics, we also offer a locally supported broadband/ Phone service. As the single point of contact for broadband support, our customers can now benefit from improved levels of support, not currently available from large corporate ISP’s. All our Broadband prices are competitive to BT pricing as an excample. We also offer other services e.g fax to email.

Listed on our service page is an overview of the services and solutions DTechnics provides. At DTechnics, we have been serving the community since 2004 and aim to provide the same convenient, quality service that has made us a leader in the computer industry. New serivce Slide to PC/DVD/USB and VHS to DVD/USB, see service page 2. Due to parking apparently a problem we offer a FREE local Collection & Delivery service, call to enquire.

New Collect & drop off Service

A number of customer have mentioned that they have problems getting in by 4PM during the week and as we are not open at the moment on Saturdays, we have made a few changes so that customers can collect or drop off their computer equipment for whatever reason?

We surveyed over a 1000 of our customers during the pre COVID on their opinion on the following;

“If we made timings available to pre-book on a Sunday either by ensuring that you Phone in or Email us before 3PM on a Friday would that be of benefit to you”.

The response was positive and the proof will only be in its operation which we will start from the 1st June 2020. As long as you phone in or email us prior to 3 PM on the previous Friday then a 15 minute slot between 9 AM and 4 PM on the Sunday will be confirmed!
